Project description:

Ministry of Agriculture decided to implement system for integrated and payment between MoA and Ministry of Finance. Large amount of requests for payment of subsidies is being processed and cleared through the system that enables control and management of direct payments and structural measures in area of agriculture.

System has been designed in accordance to EU regulations as a building block of future Agency for Agricultural Payments. System was build as a genuine web-based three tier .Net application on Oracle 10g database platform.
