Project description:

Ministry of Health of Serbia requested funds from World Bank Project to develop/upgrade Primary Health Care Software (PHCS) that is currently being used in several Primary healthcare centres. PHCS is being developed according to most comprehensive and contemporary concepts/standards that supports continuity of care based, patient centred electronic patient record on ICPC-2 principles and in line with CEN HISA architecture and HL7 standards.

Description of actual services provided by Omni Logika staff within the assignment:

  • Business process analysis and modelling
  • Oracle 10g DBMS and AS installation
  • Development (Oracle ADF 11g, JasperReports, SOAP web services)
  • Data migration
  • Implementation and end-users training (300 users)
